The Plant Genomic Information Resources (PlantGIR) provides comprehensive services for 1117 plants, offering genome assemblies, gene models, and annotations. Additionally, the PlantGIR database enables searches for transcription factors, annotations genesand several important functional genes. To facilitate systematic analysis of plants , the PlantGIR database includes tools such as Blast, Hmmsearch, Primer Design and Sequence Alignment. The database is continuously updated and improved as new genome data becomes available.
